External wall insulation
Lasting thermal comfort and greatly reduced thermal bridges.
- External thermal insulation (ETICS) in 10 cm EPS, density 15 kg/m³, fixed with hammer-in anchors
- A continuous insulating envelope around the villa
- Real treatment of thermal bridges, not just "adding insulation"
Crawl space and waterproofing
Your villa is protected from moisture from the foundations up.
- A crawl space on every project: the villa is never laid directly on the ground
- External waterproofing of the crawl space with Sika products, before backfilling
- Concrete never touches the soil directly: structures are prepared and protected before pouring and backfilling

Fast, precise structural work
PERI Gridflex formwork is a professional hand-set system: it allows much faster and more consistent execution than traditional formwork. With this organisation, slabs follow one another without waiting, and the structural work of a two-storey villa takes about 2 months depending on the project.
Staircases designed to Blondel's law
Beyond the structure, comfort is in the details: we apply Blondel's law to guarantee harmonious step proportions and optimal everyday comfort.
- Blondel's formula links riser height (h) and tread depth (g): 2h + g should match the length of a natural stride, roughly 60 to 65 cm
- A natural climb and descent, effortless and well balanced, for the whole family
- Calculated at the design stage, like the rest of the project
Networks planned from the start
Plumbing and electrics are planned ahead, notably from the crawl space, to avoid breaking walls and cutting channels afterwards as much as possible. Interior partitions in plasterboard (BA13) make the site cleaner and faster, and make running the networks easier.
Technical supervision and European methods
Our sites are run by a works manager with experience at Eiffage, a major European construction group. Façades and finishes follow European methods, notably single-coat render façades, with techniques brought by professionals who have worked in France.

Saving time is decided at the design stage. Formwork, networks, partitions and organisation are chosen to shorten lead times, not to make workers go faster.
